About us

I can still remember my first yoga class. Having just started high school and still missing the physical demands and mind/body awareness that gymnastics provided – my first downward facing dog was like coming home. I was fortunate to have an amazing yoga teacher right from the start. A teacher who taught me proper alignment, connecting movement with the breath, and finding stillness in the present. I was able to carry this forward with me as I went on into adulthood and as the foundation for my eventual teaching. Over 10 years later I found myself coming home, and applying for my 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training Program with my very first yoga teacher.

In 2013 as a student in the Yoga Alliance RYT, 200-hr Vidya Vinyasa program, I could not have asked for a more enriching experience in the white mountains of NH: Dragonfly Yoga Barn, Studio & Retreat. My 200-hr training was rich, enlightening, and began to manifest much of my purpose and karma here in this life.

In 2018 I came back to education and deepening my spiritual path with Stil Studio’s Fluid 300-hr Fluid Yoga Teacher Training with Kevan Gale and Betty Riaz. My first week immersion into my advanced yoga training experience was in Mexico at Casa Om. I discovered my sangha and knew I had to share this experience with others.

I am passionate about yoga, health, and a holistic approach. I love animals and cherish the happiness they bring to my life. I have a zest for life, the outdoors, achieving my goals, and cherishing friends and family – my sangha. I am dedicated to self-growth and over the last few years achieved a lot from completing my Health Coach Certification to pursuing new career experiences. I provide an intuitive approach towards my students, their bodies, and supporting my sanga through my nutrition education and applications; body work experience; understanding and self-practice of many holistic health modalities; and much more.

I am honored to find myself surrounded by a very supportive yoga community. I’ve met so many phenomenal people along the way that are shaping me, teaching me, and who are also learning from me. I wouldn’t be this far and have gotten here as gracefully without the support of my sangha. Join me in Mexico to discover and be nurtured by your sangha.

Honor the past, be happy in the present, and know the future will always be ahead.
