Vera is a Hatha Vinyasa yoga instructor , her studies are based in Traditional Hatha, Vinyasa with emphasis on movement and breathing , meditation and pranayama.
She became a teacher in 2015 and since then she fell in love with what yoga awakened in her and found a deep healing in her practice that made her realize her mission to be a channel to share this sacred practice with people who are in the same search. . Her knowledge has expanded through these last years with learning from different teachers and she has deepened in the art of meditating by attending the vipassana course several times, although she will always be considered a humble life apprentice.
Vera is also a certificated Theta healing practitioner. She believes that everyone have an inner healer inside and through a conscious life, meditation and yoga you can master the ability of healing yourself emotionally and physically moving into a new dimension and new perspective of life.
Her classes are a combination of all her experiences, with some challenging moments and moments of deep connection and inner wisdom. She puts emphasis on the natural alignment of our bodies and to be safe and gentle with ourselves so we can experience the full benefits of the practice. For her, the main goal of yoga is to feel and live yoga outside the mat and find that connection with the inner guru that resides inside of us in all life situations, to live a life from our natural state of joy, peace and connection with all that is.

I recently attended Vera’s Cinco Elementals Retreat. Her yoga classes managed to be both fun and deeply grounding, and her gentle guidance through yoga positions really helped me to sink into my body and the present moment. Vera’s energy both in and out of the classroom is so incredibly lovely— she is soft and kind hearted with a fiery spirit. Having her as a teacher during these four days was such a gift and my conversations with her were thought-provoking and healing.

Vera is not your usual yoga teacher. I already began to notice this in my first class with her. Her teaching style is soft and easy to follow and she has a wonderful voice. It is important to feel comfortable and safe in a class and Vera absolutely creates this environemnt for her students. She is very approachable as a teacher and I feel very comfortable around her because she is very passionate about conscious living and is also a very compassionate human being. She is the kind of teacher you want to and will become close friends with. 5 stars for Vera!!! I not only attended multiple of her Vinyasa classes but also joined her on a retreat.
