About the Teacher
Why study with them?
With decades of experience living and working with horses, her approach is rooted not in technique, but in relationship - observing horses in their natural state and developing a way of interacting that is based on presence, breath, and mutual respect.
Her work bridges yogic practice and horsemanship, guiding students to regulate their nervous system, refine their awareness, and communicate with horses without force. Through this process, horses are not treated as tools or instruments, but as sentient partners.
Terry’s teaching is direct, intuitive, and grounded in lived experience. Rather than offering rigid methods, she invites students into a deeper way of perceiving - where clarity, timing, and authenticity replace control.
Her work has attracted students from around the world, many of whom go on to integrate these principles into their own personal practice, teaching, and relationship with horses.
At the core of her teaching is a simple principle:
when the human changes, the relationship changes.
