About The Teacher

An inspiring leader, Terri has spent over two decades teaching mindfulness, yoga and meditation. By creating a connection of the mind, body and spirit, Terri supports her students in creating moment to moment awareness and introduces tools and techniques for practicing a more mindful approach to living a fuller life. Leading meditation + yoga retreats, she inspires and supports individuals in their journey of transformation and individual experience. She is passionate about integrating mindfulness and meditation practices into the corporate workplace, as well as individual lives. Terri is available for private coaching, meditation and yoga instruction. Terri is 500 Hour Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Instructor, 450 Hour MNDFL Meditation Teacher, Vedic Meditation trained and leads Corporate Wellness Programs. As a supporter and mentor of Africa Yoga Project (AYP), Terri has contributed to the organization’s initiative to create jobs and empower leaders. Terri is based in NYC and believes that life is a series of experiences - all of which we have a choice in how they transform our lives.
