Anna Ostrowska aka Ania – Ayahuasquera, Wachumera, Shamanic Practitioner, Holistic Therapist and body worker with over 18 years of experience as a professional, having held thousands of people through deep healing journeys in several countries across Europe.
She facilitates Sacred Plant ceremonies since 2013, guiding people through their processes and ceremonies, also offering individual healing sessions and therapeutic integration of their experience.
She has trained with 2 Master Shamans in the Amazon jungle; she's a trauma-informed healer, therapist and Family Constellations facilitator, with background in psychology, various types of coaching and body work. You can feel 100% safe and taken care of when in her space, Ania is a Cosmic Mama, who puts her heart and soul into this work and in her nurturing spirit, she constantly tunes in to everyone’s needs to best support them in their process, while being very careful not to dis-empower, but witness, hold hand, and release.
She is a bridge for people to connect back with themselves, their Soul, deeper purpose. As someone who experienced a lot of hardship in her life and was able to heal and alchemise her pain into Medicine, Ania is able to hold people through their darkest nights of the soul, but carefully and successfully bring them back to light and help them raise to reach their highest potential.
Ania works with her Higher Self, spirits of the Master Plants, heart of Gaia, elementals and crystals, but also has various Spirit Guides who assist her in the healing processes, and they include Sophia Dragon Tribe, the animal spirit of black puma, Chief Running River, Lemurians, Angelic Beings, Sirians and Hathor Star Nation, the White Buffalo Woman, Metatrone, Saint Germain and other Ascended Masters, as well some of her other conscious incarnations, which she connected with in this lifetime. She channels those energies through her body and her voice, she plays music during the ceremonies, sings healing Medicine Songs and chants.
Privately she’s a partner, a mother, dancer and an artist, creating sacred shamanic tools and healing crystal talismans.
In her day-to-day professional practice she works with people individually, in person and online, serving dozens of clients every month, supporting them on their path of healing and ascension.
