About The Teacher

Manja teaches ashtanga vinyasa yoga with a strong emphasis on the breath, and she teaches yin yoga and yoga nidra to help her students experience and practice yoga in all the subtle layers that we are made of.

Manja is a Certified Brain Health Coach, Certified Trauma Coach, and Reiki Master Teacher. She uses this variety of tools to help her students to overcome trauma, heal body, mind, and soul so that they can unfold their full potential.
