I am a certified yoga teacher with 14 years of experience in practice and teaching. Over the years, I have guided many people toward greater balance, strength, and inner harmony through mindful movement and breath.
My main foundation is Hatha Yoga, a traditional and gentle practice that focuses on alignment, breath awareness, and the steady connection between body and mind. Through Hatha Yoga, I help students build strength, flexibility, and inner stability in a safe and conscious way.
In addition, I integrate the Feldenkrais Method, which enhances body awareness, releases deep tension, and allows movement to become more effortless and intelligent. This combination creates a deeply restorative and transformative experience.
My approach is soft, mindful, and therapeutic — supporting the nervous system, improving posture, and guiding each student back to a natural state of balance and ease.
