About The Teacher

A lusitanian soul who lived in India, the mother land of Yoga, from 2012 to 2017. During this period she has learned about hindu religion, Indian/Yoga philosophy and ayurvedic medicine, but has also taught daily Yoga and Pilates classes to locals. Her approach to Yoga is a combination of her experience and education which integrates a scientific understanding of anatomy, physiology and mechanics of the body with the holistic union of body, mind, breath and soul, following the traditional Indian philosophy. Besides Yoga she teaches Pilates, Osho active meditations, Bodybalance and is a Reiki therapist. A compassionate and dedicated teacher, who has embraced the teaching profession for past 15 years, wakes up every morning with the mission of helping someone.
