Jessica is a 200hr E-RYT with over 1,000 hours of teaching experience with a back ground in vinyasa, baptist, hatha, and trauma informed yoga. She has a love for offering challenging, creative, dance inspired flows, working on arm balances and inversions, as well as adding an upbeat energy to all of her classes. Her focus in each class is to help you overcome your fears, find inner focus and to let go of what no longer serves you both on and off the mat. Not only are her asana practices accessible for all levels she is an experienced minset and meditation coach who works with her clients to help them achieve their personal and professional goals. She is also currently in school to become a nutritionist and is a novice astrology lover. Jessica is always looking to expand and learn and hopes to share this knowledge with her students and the world.
