Nidhi is a multi talented yogi, artist, healer and catalyst for change.
She has been a yogic spokesperson as model & instructor for Eileen Fisher and appeared in many publications such as O Magazine, Yoga Journal, Yoga International, and New York Times Magazine. The art of Yoga, Ayurveda & Mantra is in her lineage. Nidhi has been teaching for close to three decades delving into of many modalities and healing practices to safely open, enlighten and enrich each soul.
Her classes touch the serious practitioner as well as the novice. They are flowing as well as challenging and nurturing. She incorporates her healing skills with oils, crystals, sound, reiki as well as her mastery of Kundalini, Hatha, Tibetan, Aum & Bihar yoga. She is a yoga therapist and is in the midst of receiving a 3 year degree in Tibetan Medicine with the focus on counseling.
Her passion for the Crystal realm and seeing the healing effects prompted her to create Krystal Kids yoga, a blend of healing modalities and yoga that inspire children and their caregivers.
She also is the founder of Aumhome (a combination of fengshui, shamanic and yogic remedies and design) which carries a line of healing products such as SoulSpray, a space clearing elixir.
She offers getaways, blissbabesretreats.com that are life changing in every way. She has led tours to her motherland of India, to France, and upstate NY. Her passion for people and the planet and her family is what spurs her creativity and fuels her ambition.
