EFT Health Coach Working with women who suffer from Chronic Stress and Anxiety, who want to have better physical health and more energy so that they can once again have a fulfilling life free of pain.

Understanding how chronic stress triggers negative thoughts which triggers negative emotions, which can affect your mental and physical health over time, is a cycle of thinking and feeling and being which can be hard to change. 

When you become aware of the thoughts you think and the words you use, you can begin to understand and realise the power your words and thoughts have in manifesting what you attract into your life.  

Using EFT, which is an energy healing therapy, can help you change old habits and beliefs that are often responsible for creating blocks and resistance within you that stop you achieving your goals and desires.

EFT also helps you release old negative trauma, memories, thoughts and emotions which you may think you have "dealt with" or processed in your mind, when in fact the memory has just been suppressed, only to pop up, and disrupt your life when you least expect it.
