Being very active in the field of finance, dealing many years with hedgefonds, private equity, HWNI, foundations and listed companies, she gained massive experiences in the male-dominated business system as a single self-employed business woman. After the latest #MeToo experience, she wrote a book about women in the business world and created coaching concepts for the integration of female and male qualities to implement new organisational structures.
Nicole is an educated Co-Active Coach with the focus of women in leadership positions or on their way becoming a leader.
