About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Silver has been teaching yoga since 2003, training yoga teachers since 2006 and hosting international Yoga Retreats since 2009. Silver worked in the Fashion and Textile Industry in NYC and Europe for over 10 years, before becoming a mother. After ending her 1st marriage in her late 20’s and being a single mom, she started to heal herself through yoga and meditation and stepped into her passion and purpose. She was a successful entrepreneur owning her own yoga and wellness studio. She inspired and trained many yoga teachers in the US. After selling her studio and raising her sons, she and her husband moved to Portugal to start their new chapter.
She has helped many students and clients rediscover their true selves, heal their body, mind and heart and now inspires those that are seeking and longing to reconnect to their own passions and truths. It brings Silver tremendous joy as she encourages and empowers others to live and work with courage, integrity, respect, with clear loving boundaries and remain open minded and open hearted, to awaken the heart.
