From a very young age I have always been a seeker of the inherent happiness
and freeedom of all beings. I felt that there was something more than mind
and body. There were times when I felt emotions and I couldn't describe them.
As the years went by, I began inquiring into these emotions, or perhaps
wishing they could express themselves freely. This is when I realised that it
was my soul revealing itself, it wasn't my mind, nor my body. It was very
difficult for me to express it, as I was still immersed in identifying myself with
the fluctuations of my thoughts.

I decided to take action and become completely aware of my mind, body and
soul , and therefore be the Architect of my Sculpture: my own destiny. This is
when Yoga, which is defined in Sancrist as "Union" came into my life, providing
the answer and tools to achieve this union with Divine Self, our True Nature.
I learnt that if we are not in our own Self, we are allowing the strangers
(negative thoughts) to enter into our home (soul) and consequently we identify
with them.

Captivated by this ancient knowledge, I started my practice 20 years ago, with
different teachers and techniques from around the world, enriching myself with
wisdom and giving me the permission to “put myself back together” : The
union of body, soul and mind is achieved through asanas (physical postures),
pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation, which lead to Awareness
Daily practice and discipline in this technique has helped me to be aware of the
congruency between thoughts, words and actions, creating a solid foundation

in order to make the right decisions in my life, by not reacting, on automatic
pilot, to any events in my daily life.

Due to the great feeling of well-being achieved, (inner balance, awareness, and
self realization), I wholeheartedly wanted to spread this technique and
therefore became a Yoga teacher in order to share with my studens the
teaching I have received. The teaching of the universal law of cause and effect,
the universal law that reminds us that we are the architecs of our own lives.

In my classes I combine meditation, asanas and pranayama. I put a lot of
emphasis on observing each student, in
their actions, alignments and the awareness of the breath.
I believe that yoga adapts to one, and therefore, each person is unique on all
levels. I embellish all these virtues with a big
smile, remembering that by smiling, both internally and externally, we
turn this practice into a great dance dedicated to the Divine, to our
being. I invite you to start celebrating with the dance of our life: Yoga.
