Karen began practicing yoga a decade ago, to counter stress-induced pain when she worked in a London ad agency. Yoga helped with her physical ailments, and then it took her down the path of examining the patterns of her mind, how she handled her emotions and the life she had created.
In 2013 she left for Rishikesh, India, for a yoga teacher training and a Vipassana mindfulness meditation retreat. It was the start of a life-changing journey that led to her discovering Breathwork in Bali and committing to sharing these techniques.
She has been teaching yoga and meditation in Fiji, Sydney, UK and Jordan since 2014, and breathwork since 2017.
