Sierra Bender

About us

Sierra Bender is an international leader in women’s empowerment, a dynamic and inspiring speaker, and a best-selling author. She’s also a successful entrepreneur and the committed President and CEO of Sierra Bender Inc., a pioneering empowerment company. Her community activities, both socially and politically, have brought awareness to women’s issues worldwide. As a devoted champion of women and girls, and someone who has long been on the leading edge, Sierra has spent the last 30 years shining a light on the need for change and working to raise consciousness worldwide. She offers something rare to the people whose lives she touches—experiential learning in the practice of self-love, a “powerful force grounded by action and responsibility, and a commitment to one’s true, authentic self.” Sierra single-handedly revived the word “Goddess,” making it part of our cultural lexicon, and kick starting the trend of women’s empowerment in leading institutions, universities, and organizations. Bootcamp for Goddesses® was created in 1995 and quickly grew in popularity and influence, setting the bar for fitness and women’s empowerment events. They became best-selling retreats at internationally renowned institutions, such as Kripalu Center and the Omega Institute, in the United States.
