Haylee began her studies of holistic health and non-dual spirituality at the age of 19 through the lens of the Tao and Traditional Chinese Medicine in Melbourne, Australia. Haylee soon discovered Hatha Yoga and apprenticed for her teacher Johannes Mochayedi, who specialises in anatomical adjustment.
An experienced bodyworker, Haylee has a remarkable ability to read the physical and energetic body. She excels in making intricate alignment adjustments which are non-invasive and aim to empower the student. She also works therapeutically to address injury management and prevention with her students.
Haylee experiences teaching is a opportunity for creative expression. Her classes are playfully sequenced, and encourage a truthful engagement with the body. She is a strong channel for meditative states and a solid guide for transversing inner worlds.
Deeply connected to India, Haylee spends several months each year studying with her Gurus of Sanskrit, Puja, Tantric Philosophy & Kundalini Meditation. Her devotion and embodied understanding of these esoteric practices is infused within her teaching. Haylee believes that the practice of Yoga is a passage through which we may draw strength, foster self-respect and cultivate joy, vibrancy & harmony within all aspects of life.
