CATE RITTER WELLNESS — Wellness Coaching focuses on getting to the root of your problems, in health and life. We help you achieve and sustain the results you truly deserve. As you improve your health, you improve your life and vice versa.

CATE RITTER is a Wellness Coach, PSYCH-K® Master Facilitator, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner,  HeartMath® Coach and Health Writer. For over a decade, Cate has been coaching, training, and experiencing many different forms of healing. She is passionate about helping others find the most effective ways to improve their health and live happier, more fulfilling lives.

SERVICES & COACHING include Individual Coaching, Wellness Workshops, Nature Retreats and Healing Ceremonies. Coaching includes support in the areas of PSYCH-K®, heart coherence techniques, nutrition, cooking, recipes, functional labs, supplementation, lifestyle, soul-satisfaction and more!
