About us

Adventurers, journeyers, and international travelers their whole lives, Kristina and Jill thrive in new environments and unknown lands. For each, their very sense of self is intimately intertwined with the experiences and awakenings born from exploring new cultures. Each recognizes her purpose, in part, abides with consistently widening her understanding of this amazing, magical world in which we live and how that ever-broadening perspective intersects and feeds Self-understanding.

Nearly 30 combined years of teaching experience, more than 18,000 teaching hours and 2,000 hours of training speak volumes to the depth and breadth of knowledge transmitted when Kristina and Jill guide an adventure. Their capacity to hold the sacred space for retreat participants to journey not just to new lands, but to previously uncharted inner landscapes is unparalleled.

A week’s adventure to a foreign land with Kristina and Jill is always a trip of a lifetime, and you will return home from our Icelandic adventure with mind, heart, and soul wide awake and fully alive.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

After participating in more yoga classes and events this year than in my entire life, I am yearning for the opportunity to attend a professional retreat. The opportunity to grow my practice, learn from talented students and teachers, and immerse myself in this gorgeous Red Feather Lakes sanctuary is the dream of a lifetime! Sara
