While Tayna’s corporate career laid the foundation for her professional achievements, her impactful work with nonprofit organizations—including the YWCA, Jack and Jill of America, The Links Incorporated, The Peace Center, and The Urban League—has enriched her career with diverse, hands-on experiences. She has held roles such as Human Resources Director, Director of Employee Relations, and Community Program Director, where she designed and delivered training on key topics such as Diversity and Inclusion, Racial Equity, Leadership Styles, Conflict Resolution, Organizational Effectiveness, and Workforce Training and Development.
Tayna holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs and is certified in Human Resources Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
