Why study with them?
While Tayna’s corporate career laid the foundation for her professional achievements, her impactful work with nonprofit organizations—including the YWCA, Jack and Jill of America, The Links Incorporated, The Peace Center, and The Urban League—has enriched her career with diverse, hands-on experiences. She has held roles such as Human Resources Director, Director of Employee Relations, and Community Program Director, where she designed and delivered training on key topics such as Diversity and Inclusion, Racial Equity, Leadership Styles, Conflict Resolution, Organizational Effectiveness, and Workforce Training and Development.
Tayna holds a bachelor's degree from Indiana University's School of Public and Environmental Affairs and is certified in Human Resources Management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Her dedication to excellence and impact has earned her recognition, including The YWCA’s Women Who Make a Difference Award and The Peacemaker Award from The Peace Center of Bucks County.
Beyond her consulting work, Tayna enjoys mentoring aspiring HR professionals, contributing to industry panels, and serving her community. She is passionate about creating meaningful change, exemplified by her personal and professional mission: to make a difference every day.
