About The Teacher

Olivia’s love for the dharma began in the early ‘70s, primarily with Vipassana and a devotional tradition from India. She met her Tibetan root teacher in 1996 and has since practiced primarily in the Dzogchen tradition. A pioneer in Behavioral Medicine, she taught clinical programs at the Mind/Body Medical Institute and trained health professionals through Harvard Medical School. She is a dharma teacher and author of TenThousand Joys & Ten Thousand Sorrows: A Couple’s Journey Through Alzheimer’s, and Aging with Wisdom: Reflections, Stories, and Teachings.
