About The Teacher
Chloë is an asana & meditation teacher, yoga practitioner currently based in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She has been practicing and sharing yoga for 5 years, drawn to the lifestyle in search of healing and strength. What started as a mindful and meditative home practice quickly turned into a spiritual journey and it continues to this day. Her yoga background involves a 200 hour training through Dancing Dogs Yoga, a Baptiste affiliate school; and a 300 hour training through Bodhi Yoga Academy, an Ashtanga inspired school. She focuses her teachings on the 8-limbed path of yoga philosophy as explained in the Yoga Sutras & pulls asana inspiration from all styles and forms of movement, constantly seeking to strengthen the physical body in order to experience life abundantly.
She shares her practice open and freely; Yoga is a lifestyle shared and passed on by a teacher and received by the student. Chloë believes there is a student and teacher present in every single one of us and aims to serve as a vessel of knowledge to be received from her teachers and then passed on to open and receptive students, anywhere and everywhere. There is no quick fix, but a clear and decisive choice and with that choice, transformation can happen.
Chloë is an avid traveler and enjoys exploring both cities and nature with her partner. Her adventurous spirit have allowed her the opportunities to practice & teach all over the globe. It’s from these experiences that she decided to set up shop in her current home in NC where she leads 200 hour teacher trainings and offers weekly classes to her community. Her purpose is to share from the heart & learn from everyone she comes into contact with. Join her on the adventure of a lifetime and be a contributing light on her journey to wellness, love & connection.
