Cassandra Nichole is a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) through Yoga Alliance. Cassandra began her yoga journey at a
young age where she was drawn to her first yoga class shortly after ending her time as a gymnast.
After many years of practice, she decided it was her time to go deeper and learn the art of teaching which she believes
is her life´s path.
She completed her first Yoga studies in 2015 while living in Kerala, South India.
There she studied Ashtanga, vinyasa and yin yoga as well as tantric pranayama and the ancient Vedaic texts.
Since than, she has been traveling and teaching around the world as well as continuing her yogic education.
Her experiences teaching include working in yoga studios, assisting her teacher´s yoga teacher training courses in Bali
and India as well as teaching private, customized lessons for all types of people.
Cassandra´s other interests include exploring spirituality, nature, vegetarian cooking, holistic health, and healing
with herbs and botanical oils. She also believes yoga is for everybody and every body.
Cassandra´s favorite style to teach is Vinyasa flow for all levels with a fusion of yin. She believes her classes
embodies all four elements of the earth and are designed to connect the students to their highest self while providing
one the space and energy to grow and heal.
