It was from that point she shifted her career path and dedicated her education and time to helping others through Stress Management and Awareness. Jamie has been teaching and creating programs in thehealth and wellness industry for over 7 years. Jamie specializes in Stress Management, and in 2014 created the Stress Management through Awareness (SMA) program. Jamie Wood has over 500 certified hours in Stress Management, Awareness and Breathing Techniques.
