About The Teacher

Throughout the 80s and 90s, Soleil worked in the fast-paced world of High-Tech. Being one of the few woman in management in those growing years of the industry brought High Stress.

Those years of stress physically manifested in chronic back pain, migraines and even a bout with cancer.

It was the reaction to stress in her body that eventually had her notice the stress going on in her Life outside of work.

Burned-out and frustrated, in 2001, Soleil left High-Tech to find a more authentic and healthier life. By first helping her Self, she was led to help others.

With guidance, Soleil learned to turn to her own best teacher - her BODY and MIND - which was telling her exactly what to do: STOP, NOTICE and WAKE UP!

You'll find Soleil's approach to Self-Care effective and ultimately congruent with your life.

Armed with the question, "What's happening NOW", Soleil hooks you into noticing your body's discomfort and the mind's diversions.

She developed her Mind-Body approach based on the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapeutic Approach over the past 12 years, helping hundreds of clients to design new careers, ease pain, deepen relationships, and build a life well lived.

Merging her skills and years of High-tech management, facilitation, & coaching with yoga & wellness, Soleil works with first-hand knowledge when helping women, men, and organizations balance introspection with the constant demands of everyday living.

Since 2005, Soleil has been on faculty at the prestigious Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Center, offering workshops and trainings in the US and Canada.

After 25 years in Seattle, in 2012, Soleil moved to the sunnier San Diego. Her private practice is now centrally located in Sorrento Valley - easy access to the I-5 / I-805 Junction.
