Babu is from India. He is the creator of OM Holistic Retreat and has over 7000 hours of personal meditation experience with 6 years of teaching experience. He has over 4 years of Yoga teaching experience. He learned meditation from many resources- staying with monks and yogis in India, books, internet, courses, seminar, learning from shamans, tantrics, and other experienced practitioners. He is also a Certified Advanced Yoga Therapist. He is well versed in ancient Hindu philosophies such as Vedas, Sutras, Puranas, Buddhism, Tantra, and Mythologies. He has trained and has deep practice in Breath Meditations, Mind Magick, and Huna Mind Control. He is also curious and knowledgeable about spiritual philosophies and practices from other ancient cultures such as Stoicism, Maya, Shaman, Latin American, African, Polynesian etc.
He does not consider himself a monk, yogi, or guru. His approach to such practices is practical and adapted to modern life. He believes these practices are meant to be experienced at a sensual level. He believes a person does not need to reach their spiritual potential by cutting off from life. A person can be doing anything and experience deep spiritual satisfaction. He believes these practices are tools to support life’s higher purpose rather than escaping from the world.
He is a postgraduate is statistics and graduate in engineering. He loves traveling and exploring the world. He is also a social entrepreneur. He loves helping children and supports environmental causes. He is deeply interested in spiritual philosophies, evolution, universe, and metaphysics. He has overcome alcohol and drug addiction and deep life traumas. He has transformed himself into a content and peaceful person. His mission in life is to help humanity and mother earth and see this beautiful planet as much as he can.

I had an amazing experience with Babu doing Hatha and Kundalini yoga. He was able to make it suitable to my experience and I enjoyed the sessions. I also loved the Tibetan and Breath yoga which were new to me but very effective. I felt really relaxed after Breath Yoga. I was really amazed by his knowledge of Indian spiritual philosphies and ability to explain them in such simple terms. He also guided me with my personal issues which was very helpful. After taking the sessions with him, I feel good in all areas of my life.

Last year Babu came to Punta Allen and gave us classes of Hath Yoga .His method based on deep breathing, holding the postures and steady gazing of the eye made me feel rejuvenated . His approach free from strain and force was relaxed and gave a lot of space to do the asanas according to my ability . We ended the class with meditation and talk about the yoga philosophy and the sutras . After of few days doing yoga with Babu ,I felt stronger ,balanced and calm. It is a boon to us to have him return to P.A to do the intensive retreat on yoga and meditation. I am looking forward to be again around his peaceful energy .

I did a 7-day meditation workshop with Babu. It was really an eye-opening workshop for me. Just after the first hour of the meditation session on the first day, I felt more quiet and peaceful. It was really awesome. I went into the workshop stressed and confused and came out relaxed and very clear. I loved that he does not promote special places, environments, and things to meditate. He taught me how to meditate in every environment. I loved the walking meditations and open-eyed breath meditations. I can do them anytime. Along with daily meditation and yoga sessions, he also explained various spiritual philosophies in practical and simple ways and helped me a lot. I had a very vague idea about them and they were always something confusing. He is very knowledgeable about Meditation, Yoga, and related fields including things like career, relationships, and life issues. He is very compassionate and helpful. Even after the workshop, he has helped me whenever I have asked him anything. He gave many resources to me to use after the workshop. I am really grateful for this experience and I recommend Meditation and workshop with Babu to everyone.
