With a nearly life-long practice, certifications from four programs (Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Hip-Hop Yoga,) and as a former ACSM-accredited personal trainer, I bring a wealth of styles and anatomical knowledge into harmonious flows designed to maximize your movement.
Nestled in a cherished but often difficult time of year, this retreat is less an escape, more a chance to harness our abilities to both celebrate and deal with ourselves. Each day you will experience my two signature styles - Spicy Flow to sweat/strengthen, and Sweet Flow to floss-out/release. Yoga provides innumerable occasions to balance, wherein we find the value in seemingly disparate concepts like movement and stillness.
