Lynsie is a Yoga Educator, Speaker, Dharma Development Coach and Mentor who specializes in teaching people how to transform their fears, frustrations and limitations into POWER; the power to create a life filled with more happiness, success and connection to purpose.  She masterfully weaves spiritual lessons, humor and insights throughout each class, while simultaneously guiding students deeper into movement, breath and transformation. Lynsie is deeply dedicated to her practice and continuously studies with her teacher Yogarupa Rod Stryker.  Her vast knowledge allows her to find the right combination of tools for students to build a solid foundation for positive change.  Her background includes: 200-RYT, BA in Environmental Science, NASM Personal Trainer, Thai Yoga Bodyworker, Anatomy, Breathing and Yoga Nidra specialist. It’s time to say YES to you and your well-being; to put you first. This retreat is designed to nourish, support and celebrate YOU.  Immersed in beauty and nature, you’ll experience the benefits of a complete practice; asana (vinyasa tantra), pranayama, guided meditation and Yoga Nidra (a deep state of restoration, relaxation, and awareness).
