About us

I am a licensed therapist, writer, and Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher, trained in LifeForce Yoga for Mood Management, and certified in Dancing Mindfulness (an expressive arts therapy modality). For more than 15 years, I’ve been passionate about guiding people on a healing path toward living their most vibrant lives through movement, meditation, creativity, and connection. As founder of H.e.a.r.t. Center for Families, I’ve taught at hospitals, corporate trainings, community centers, local studios, and therapy sessions. As winter melts and spring blooms, you, too, are invited to reawaken your creative spirit on the Pacific shore during a week of rest, rejuvenation, and authentic expression.
