I have been teaching yoga over 30 years with a focus on movement and awareness to keep the body supple, strong and flexible. I enjoy guiding students to access their deepest inner strength through breath and movement. I’m also a serious meditator and guide students to a quieter place of peace inside. Discovering the power and depth of yoga is my passion and sharing it with my yoga students brings me great joy. It is inspiring to take a self-care traveling and yoga vacation so that you return to your life with a renewed sense of joy inside and enthusiasm for the life you live. Yoga has the power to uplift and empower people on all levels. I love facilitating the process of self-discovery that is inevitable in this practice. Come do yoga, breathe, meditate and play.
