Natalie Kashani

About us

Natalie is a self-made entrepreneur, mother, pole therapist and life-lover living in Bali. With her vivacious and radiant passion for women’s health issues, she has seen thousands of women in her 13 years in the wellness industry, to help transform and transcend women to align in their own personal power. Natalie Kashani Starting as a personal trainer, she has always been faced with women and the problems with low self esteem. Natalie, with her education in Physiology and her obsessive nature to understand the science behind our own psychology, has made it her life’s purpose to empower women. She uses dance and pole therapy and personal coaching to assist in aligning your power of seduction and femininity to align your own personal goals. Natalie has a degree in Fitness Management and Kinesiology from George Brown in Toronto Canada. Natalie always had a special interest in women’s health and wellness issues and pursued special training programs designed specifically for them. Natalie spent three years at the Toronto School of Art where she developed a passion for using the body and movement exploration as a form of expression of art. Much of her work was influenced by femininity and the female form in motion. Over this period of time Natalie also worked at the Yorkville Club as a personal trainer over two years where she trained amateur lacrosses athletes. This spurred her to start her own personal training service business specialising in women's fitness in Toronto, Canada. This is when The Art of Body was born. Following her move back home to Bali, Indonesia in 2008 - Natalie founded the Art of Body - a holistic personal training and wellness company. A few years later, Natalie opened Indonesia's first pole studio - Pole Studio Bali where she has partnered with Indi Pole Wear to develop the world's first luxury pole dance retreat programs. Natalie realised she wanted to deepen her practise with women, focusing more on the psychology of true confidence and what it means to live authentically. That’s how her Empowered Women’s retreats started, embracing women from all walks of life. Natalie continues to empower women through her articles and practices, through new sensuality projects interweaving spirituality, sensuality and wellness theories to empower and inspire.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Retreats inspire me to continue to practice and fuel my journey. I always find specified intention and feel it projects me closer to my purpose. Shannon
