Meliesha has always had the desire to help others in a natural and sustainable way.
Originally from New Zealand she has spent the last 10 years travelling on and off, learning about other cultures and discovering new ways of sustainable living.
Though she has been dipping in and out of yoga communities over a long period of her life, it has been in the last 4 years that yoga has become an integral part of her daily life and she has really noticed the difference it has made in her physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
In 2016 she went to India to study, practice and learn more about yoga and has never looked back again since.
Her teaching and self-practice is ever-evolving and she is currently enjoying teaching Hatha and Yin yoga as well as leading meditations, especially yoga nidra which she loves.
Meliesha enjoys holding a space to allow people to connect with the present moment and to gain a deeper understanding of their bodies and minds in order to understand the world better.
