About the Teacher
Why study with them?
Tabs is an Andean and Q'ero Wisdom Coach, Despacho Facilitator, Mesa Carrier, Munay Ki Rite Bringer, yoga instructor, and reiki practitioner.She supports her clients in self reflection and guides them to access their own inner wisdom. Using a combination of shamanic journeying, reiki, and socratic questioning, she advocates for clients flowing in their own strengths and intuition.
She began her journey with the Q'ero in Peru in 2012, and worked with Shaman's Journey (formerly with Four Winds Society) from 2016-2022-specifically working with people to initiate them into the Q'ero lineage as well as creating their own mesa. She also received her reiki master training and Yoga Alliance yoga teacher certifications in 2017. Currently, she is also working towards temezcal (Mayan and Inipi style sweat lodge) facilitation training and Teal Swan's Completion Process training (inner child work modality).
She also was a Krav Maga, Muay Thai, and Women's Self Defense Instructor from 2013-2018. She has trained with Krav Maga World Wide and Krav Maga Federation, as well as Los Angeles SWAT.
Passions/Interests: Knitting, Crocheting, Quilting, and playing with dogs
Languages: English, Bangla, and working knowledge in Arabic and Hindi
