About The Teacher

Corinne Fricker | Massage therapist

Originally from France, Corinne Fricker   has  been living in India for the past 13 years.
She has learned Thai massage in Thailand in 1996 and she has been practicing it before coming to India . This massage technique became a part of her lifestyle at that time as she has been living in Thailand 6 months a year during 10 years , practicing this technique in France and Thailand .
In 1998 , Corinne has been initiated in Reiki . She has been practicing Reiki and Thai massage on and off as she was having another passion for textiles and fashion until she decided recently to dedicate herself to Healing again and go back to a more healthy lifestyle
4 years ago , she has been trained as a Ku Nye Massage Therapist at Pure Vision Healing and Research Center in Nepal . This massage technique is very connected to the Tibetan Buddhist Tradition where it says that sickness is the result of an unbalance of the 3 mental poisons , desire , hatred and ignorance , themselves related to the 3 humors of the body Lung ( wind energy ) , Tripa ( the bile ) and Badhken ( phlegme ) . Ku Nye massage therapy is helping restoring the balance of the 3 humors along with a balanced diet and lifestyle .

This  technique combined with Reiki and given with mindfulness is very beneficial for the person who is receiving it .
Corinne  is the founder of Anahata Spirit , a concept of Wellness & spiritual   journeys in India where she is giving massages  and also sharing  tools of mindfulness that she received from Thich Nhat Hanh and his monastics since 2008 .
