Nick Larsen teaches cYoga: a dynamic style of yoga designed by Carmen Aguilar. This style of yoga focuses in on the theme and the sequencing of the class to properly warm up, build, peak, and cool down the students. Classes are meant to challenge every student regardless of their yogi abilities, yet meant to give every student the chance to walk out with a sense of accomplishment and a smile on their face: from the first timer, to the athlete who’s seeking to supplement their regimen, to the veteran yogi progressing their practice. Since Nick started teaching in 2012, he has never had a student fail. He enjoys seeing the natural camaraderie that develops in his classes as students support each other in their journey. Nick also puts a large emphasis on physical assists and verbal coaching to help improve every student’s alignment and mastery of the yoga asanas in their individual practice. Expect to try something new, work hard, and have a ton of fun.
