Debbie Eisenberg has been practicing yoga since 2005. As a runner, she had multiple injuries, yoga
helped her recover and prevent future injury. Additionally she has been able to reduce anxiety by
practicing yoga. Debbie teaches various styles of yoga including beginners, hatha, vinyasa, restorative, chair, prenatal and children’s yoga. She is E-RYT 200 YACEP Certified, and has training in all of the following:

- Hatha Yoga
- Vinyasa Yoga
- Restorative Yoga
- Children’s Yoga

“Mindful MOMents” – “Mindful MOMents” classes specialize in pregnant women connecting with theirbodies and babies.
“Mindful Munchkins” – “Mindful Munchkins” classes are designed for young children. It enables children to build self-confidence, body awareness and coordination, and mental focus and strength.
“Mindful Movements” – “Mindful Movements” classes are intended for women and men of all ages to be in tune and move within their bodies.
