About The Teacher

I undertook my yoga teacher training with the wonderful John Scott and I continue to undertake learning with Scott Johnson and Greg Nardi. 

I have a deep love of the ashtanga yoga practice. The beautiful asana sequences really are meditative dances to the rhythm of the breath. To practice without expectation, judgement or attachment is freeing and a great lesson for how to live life with ease. 

I teach with joy and empathy. My regular students include 6day per week practioners and weekly practitioners from teen to late 60s, ashtanga is a practice for everyone when taught with love.

I am also a qualified sound therapist having undertakenextensive training with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and receiving Distinctions in all disciplines. I use Himalayan Bowls, Crystal Bowls and Drum to help release tension, find insights and achieve deep physical, emotional and mental relaxation.

I run the Mandala yoga & wellbeing centre in Preston as a not for profit Community Interest Company. In order to be of greater service to my community we’ve added a vegan supper club and other non-asana events to our offering to help overcome social isolation and loneliness.
