About us

RYT 200-hour, Giulia is specialised in Power Yoga and Yoga for Athletes.

She finds energy and mind space through the asana practice and loves to combine challenging flows, core work and alignments techniques to help her students build deep body awareness and strength. She regularly teaches Power Vinyasa, HIIT and Yoga for Runners.
