Alison Fuller

About The Teacher

Alison fell in love with yoga as soon as her feet touched her first yoga mat several years ago. Since then she has completed two teacher trainings in India: Hatha and Ashtanga in Rishikesh 2016 at Rishikul Yogshala and then Hatha and Vinyasa in Dharamsala 2017 at Sarvaguna Yoga School.

She currently teaches Hatha Flow classes in Brighton (UK ).

In her classes, Alison integrates all aspects of traditional yoga: Such as breath awareness; postures; sun salutations; as well as some creative flowing sequences.

Being both dynamic and relaxing, her classes have been described as “strong yet meditative”.

Alison teaches from her heart and is able to adjust her classes to people with different abilities and levels of experience.

Recently she has been a volunteer, teaching Yoga at a hospital for people with mental health challenges. She has witnessed an amazing transformation in the participants through the benefits that yoga brings and feels proud to have been part of such a rewarding project.

In her spare time Alison enjoys attending gong baths; hiking up hills and mountains; travelling the world; om-ing at yoga festivals; dancing around to music; and studying the astrological stars.
