Spring will be opening her sleepy eyes, and we will be excitedly weaving together a safe, nurturing and uplifting space to celebrate the closing of winter- the time of shorter days and inner reflections.
Our vision is to create a new kind of retreat, one designed to combine yoga, arts and holistic therapies to assist people in coming back to their body, creativity and sense of connection following a long, insular and perhaps stagnant chapter. We are approaching the body with a daily practice of yoga, the mind with meditation and creative play, therapeutic arts and connection with workshops,storytelling and a cacao ceremony. We will be nourishing our connection to the land in beautiful Devon countryside, our relationship with food with delicious, ethical and healthy vegan yumminess and nutrition advice is available from our experienced team. We are building this retreat from a foundation of professionals in yoga, alternative therapies, and cooking to create something delicious to celebrate the changing of the seasons with.
