About The Teacher

Creatives, yogi’s, storytellers, lovely (contact info blocked) invite you to join us for something very special.

Spring will be opening her sleepy eyes, and we will be excitedly weaving together a safe, nurturing and uplifting space to celebrate the closing of winter- the time of shorter days and inner reflections.

Our vision is to create a new kind of retreat, one designed to combine yoga, arts and holistic therapies to assist people in coming back to their body, creativity and sense of connection following a long, insular and perhaps stagnant chapter. We are approaching the body with a daily practice of yoga, the mind with meditation and creative play, therapeutic arts  and connection with workshops, storytelling and a cacao ceremony. We will be nourishing our connection to the land in beautiful Devon countryside, our relationship with food with delicious, ethical and healthy vegan yumminess and nutrition advice is available from our experienced team. We are building this retreat from a foundation of  professionals in yoga, alternative therapies, and cooking to create something delicious to celebrate the changing of the seasons with.

We invite you to share this experience of joy, creativity, yoga,  and wellness with us and be restored, replenished and reconnect with yourself.

You deserve it. Just to support us, though we feel certain that you will feel restored, uplifted and strengthened by our (contact info blocked) is what some of our therapeutic clientele and yoga students have to say about us....

"Dominique is an absolutely incredible therapist, she uses a combination of techniques to effectively and quickly get to the core of the issue so it can be brought up, addressed and melted away...She holds a truly non judgemental space for you in such a kind and considerate way and has such a beautiful energy that she brings to her holistic approach. I could not recommend her enough and would urge you to try this therapy as part of your own healing...I have been so happy with her treatments I will definitely be back for more." (Emma Gould, therapist)

"I have attended Jyoti Nolan's yoga classes in Bristol and they are just blissful. I always leave the studio feeling so relaxed and reset from whatever week I'm having. The environment she creates, and the way that she encourages you to look inward, whilst giving your physical body time to restore, gives me the time I need to reflect and feel centred - so important in our busy lives! Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

I'm having a baby in October and want to focus my practice so I can be present and calm! Laine
