Yoga 216 Co-Founder
Nicole first began her yoga practice 14 years ago in the Iyengar tradition. At SITI, Nicole studied Viewpoints, an approach that uses yoga as one of the vehicles to uncover emotion in the physical body. In the spring of 2007 Nicole received her first yoga-teaching certificate and has since gone on to specialize in Structural Yoga Therapy. She is ecstatic and grateful to offer her dream to you as Yoga 216.
