About The Teacher
Daphne is from Vancouver, Canada and has always been a Yogi at heart. A 200-hour certified Yoga teacher who has extended her study to 55-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Self-Myofascial Release, Yogassage (Yin Yoga & Massage) and continues self-study through meditation, life experience and reading books. She loves exploring movement, healing arts, the field of mind and matter and alchemy of self and exploring the body’s potential through movement. She shares her calming presence and energy within her classes that are creative, inspiring, healing, empowering and a safe space to connect to one-self and simply be.
