Bettina Knapp is a Plant-Based Chef, Wholistic Nutritionist and certified Yoga Teacher based in Ibiza, Spain. She started her plant-based journey started during her time living in the U.S. when she started practicing yoga and mindfulness. She became more conscious of what is happening in her inside and outside world. This new awareness led her to vegan lifestyle, as she started thinking about what actually happened to the food until it ended up on her plate. Her goal is to inspire you to a non-violent lifestyle towards animals, plants, and yourself. Bettina is preparing all meals with love and is also providing lots of helpful tipps, tricks and recipes during her plant-based workshops held at the retreat.
