Barbara left her home country Poland in 2012 to travel in south-east Asia, teaching German. During her first job in Bangalore, India, she was inspired to learn Yoga.
It soon became an everyday practice and after a year, her strong passion for yoga led her to study her first Teacher Training Course. Since then, while moving between countries and exploring different cultures, Barbara took many diverse classes and training courses to build on her understanding and practice of Yoga and to learn how to share it with others.
Having studied Sivananda; classical Hatha; Yin; Somatics; Vinyasa; Pranayama; and Mindfulness, she sees all approaches to yoga as sources for a range of tools that we can apply in our every day life in order to know ourselves better and to live in peace with ourselves and our surroundings.
Barbara teaches her classes with a focus on the breath – the source of life – to help her students to experience the physical and mental strength that Yoga provides, at a deeper level.
She aims to help you to find joy in your practice; to stay curious and mindful; and to not to take yourself too seriously.
