Enhance your yoga practice with daily Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative flows, find peace and stillness with morning meditations and daily free time, and pamper yourself at the hotel spa, all while immersed in the remote beauty of the Sardinian countryside. Delight your palate with health conscious, farm to table meals, with menu options catered to any dietary need. Between your daily mindfulness and yoga classes, sunbathe in the swimming pool, enjoy a spa treatment, soak in the beauty around you by taking a walk around the remote grounds, and satisfy your cultural curiosity by participating in a guided-tour of the prehistoric Nuraghe settlements and an afternoon wine tour and wine-tasting at a local vineyard. 

At Respira Yoga, we believe that taking a break to focus on self-care is an essential part of maintaining optimal health. When you make the commitment to leave your worries, to-do lists and stresses behind, you give yourself the opportunity to dive deep into your mind and emotions, and connect to your true self. The combination of yoga, meditation, quiet time, healthy meals, and time in nature on our retreat will help you find harmony and balance. We will begin each morning with a silent group meditation allowing our bodies and minds to gently wake up and reconnect. Our morning Vinyasa flows will be faster-paced and dynamic to create heat in the body and wake you up for the day ahead, and in evening there will be a combination of slower-paced, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative flows to help you relax after a long day and reconnect before turning in for the night. All of our yoga flows can be adaptable to any level, from beginners to seasoned yogis.

Lisa is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered Yoga teacher and certified Reiki Master. She is a proud mom of two children, a French teacher, foodie, and travel-addict. She spends her time between her hometown in Canada and the sunny shores of Sardinia. She discovered yoga over 15 years ago, and since then her practice has evolved, unfolded, and continues to do every day. Not a bendy person by nature - either physically or mentally, she has learned that through consistent yoga practice you can increase flexibility - not just in the body, but also in the mind. Yoga has given her clarity and calms her busy mind - on and off the mat. Over the years she has learned to listen to her body, follow her intuition, and just go with the flow! 

A teacher by nature, she enjoys inspiring others and feels blessed that she can share her passion for the practice with her students. Her lessons are a combination of playful transitions and spiritual connection, with a focus on alignment and self-discovery. She believes that everyone has an inner teacher that intuitively guides them in their practice. She supports and guides her students so that they can develop their own intuition and find the peace and stillness within themselves. 

She now resides in Costa Smeralda, Sardinia where she has opened her own yoga studio, Respira Yoga. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Yin and Restorative lessons.
