Beth Terrill is the US picture book editor for NorthSouth Books. Beth works on fiction and non-fiction picture books. She recently edited Frida Kahlo and Her Animalitos by Monica Brown, illustrated by John Para, The Field by Baptiste Paul, illustrated by Jacqueline Alcántara, and Chilly da Vinci by Jarrett Rutland—praised for being “a lively addition to makerspace collections.” NorthSouth has also published Lindbergh, Armstrong, and Edison by Torben Kuhlmann—each recognized for being a strong complement to STEAM curricula. Beth is looking for picture book manuscripts—fiction and non-fiction—that are fresh and original.
