Julia, thrives on the challenges of Ashtanga Yoga and has shaped her lifestyle to dedicate hours to her practice. She is a keen practitioner, studying with intensity anything and everything concerned with this traditional practice. Every class taught, be it Ashtanga Led Yoga Class, Vinyasa Flow, Hip Opening, Myofascia Release or Yoga Philosophy, serves the practice of Ashtanga Yoga. She strongly promotes the benefits of meditation through movement exploring the advantages of meditation both on and off the mat.
