About The Teacher

Kristina is a life and executive coach who is passionate about empowering people to get in touch with their true self and live a life they want to live. After 11 years in business and an MBA, Kristina went on to do a Doctor of Psychology and got trained in coaching, which is where she found her true passion. In her own journey of self-discovery, Kristina has tried a lot of tools and approaches. She does not believe any one approach is the be all end all but rather believes in an integrated and multidisciplinary approach. She has incorporated all the elements that she herself has benefited from in her life transformation program, which includes personal development workshops, coaching, plant & animal medicine (i.e. Ayahuasca, Kamob, San Pedro), exercise, yoga, meditation, healthy eating, being in nature, and having the support of a group.

      Kristina’s Life Transformation Retreat

Kristina is a naturally talented life coach. She’s professional, kind, and mature. I found that she's uniquely and intuitively aligned to her client’s self-progression. I had the opportunity to attend her life transformation retreat program in the Amazon. It was one of the most transformational experiences I’ve had the honor of experiencing. I fell and rose in love with the whole thing. The combination of plant medicines with intentional workshops make an excellent recipe for my personal growth. I highly recommend the program to anyone looking for an introduction to the paradigm shift that plant medicines provide. I'm also continuing to enjoy the ongoing coaching follow up. The accommodations were nice and the food was good every day. All the extras of being in the Amazon and additional activities make it an especially magical way to learn about yourself. If you’re still deciding, just do it! You’ll thank yourself later.

Why Retreat?

We asked people why they go on retreat, here's what they said:

Need an escape into only yoga. Larson
