Hannah is a powerful energetic and holistic force. Cultivating her teachings in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, Hath Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Teamed with Reiki, Intuitive Healing and Thai Massage. Hannah curates her practices to directly align with the person infornt of her. From more of a physical class all the way to a holistic approach incorporating philosophical texts, Pranayama-breathing exercises, Chanting, Guided Savasana and Meditation. Her unique methodology gets to the core of you and your needs, honing in on things that your mouth may not express, but your energy and aura yearn for.
