About The Teacher

A world traveler and seeker of truth, Ari has chosen the path of Yoga as the means through which she enables her true self to become. Ari brings more than 7 years of specialized training and experience in the realm of Yoga. Following this deep knowledge and intense study of anatomy, physiology and meditation, coupled with her own study of Eastern philosophies, Ari brings forward a practice that encompasses more than just Asana. In 2014 she obtained her RYT 200 Certification through Himalayan Yoga Academy in Rishikesh, India. She has also devoted an additional 600 hours of Intensive Iyengar inspired Yoga with Pankaj Sharma, also in Rishikesh, India, where she travels to every year to continue her studies. In addition, she has also completed a 10-day Vipassana Meditation Course in Delaware in 2017.
